Deborah Olenev, C.C.H., received board certification in Classical Homeopathy from the Council on Homeopathic Certification in 1993. She graduated from ESSH, a three year homeopathic college in New York City, in 1990, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Barnard College, Columbia University, in 1979.
Deborah has attended homeopathic classes offered by the Atlantic and Pacific Academies of Homeopathy, as well as other homeopathic organizations, since 1983, and has studied with the greatest European, American, Indian and South American homeopaths of the century. She has been a guest lecturer for the Pacific Academy of Homeopathy, and a study group leader for many years. Deborah began private practice in Menlo Park in 1991, and sees clients out of two health centers in the Bay Area, the Live Oak Center for the Healing Arts (LOCHA) in Menlo Park, and Integrated Healing Arts (IHA) in Palo Alto.
She has developed her own unique style of practicing homeopathy where she incorporates life style and meditation counseling and Chinese longevity exercises in her work. Her clientele includes men, women and children of all ages. She believes that to be healthy all aspects of one's life must come into Harmony, starting with having healthy mental processes and emotions, to cultivating a healthy life-style and relationships. She assists people with remedies and some guidance to bring joy, happiness and health back into their lives.

Deborah does phone consultations for clients who live outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. In these cases she needs photographs to give her the visual clues she cannot pick up over the phone. Phone consultations last approximately one to two hours.
In the treatment of chronic conditions the first follow-up consultation is scheduled for five to six weeks after the initial consultation. Subsequent consultations are recommended at six weeks to three months apart, depending upon the needs of the client.
